​If the issue is not resolved by end of day, a notice will be posted with more information. 

• In the event of severe weather in the area, the office may have an unplanned closure in the interest of both patient and staff safety,
  

• If closed due to inclement weather, notice will be listed with the business closures on TV channel News 10.
  

• Patients should still contact the office if scheduled for an appointment.

• If the office experiences any technical problems or system updates that effect our phone system in a way that prevents incoming calls to the Practice, please use our Patient Portal for non-urgent communication and the on-call service for URGENT matters.

To meet the demands of patients, we also offer 7:45AM appointments every Wednesday and additional days based on request and provider availability.

After Office Hours:

In the case of a true emergency, call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room.

For non-urgent questions outside of office hours, patients are able to message the providers or staff through their secure Patient Portal 24 hours a day, or leave a message requesting a return call. 

For urgent matters, there is an on-call physician available by phone at all times. Please do not use this on-call service number for prescription refills, contact the office during regular business hours.
